Immersive View now extends its capabilities to Google Maps’ routing feature, allowing users to preview their real-life route in the same extreme detail you would get from Immersive View. This year, Google has expanded this feature further by introducing journey preview with Immersive View at Google I/O 2023. Last year, Google introduced Immersive View to Google Maps, letting users explore a city with extreme detail and check out areas of interest from their phones.
